  • Cyber Security Sales Executive

    Assuredefendors is seeking to employ a Cyber Security Sales Executive to help grow the cybersecurity portfolio within the business and to further explore revenue opportunities.

    Working with the management team and the marketing function, the successful candidate will:

    – Develop business development activities for new business in existing market territories
    – Develop business development strategies for entering new market verticals and territories.
    – Run end-to-end lead generation and sales processes
    – Manage existing prospects through the sales pipeline
    – Build relationships with our existing business partners
    – Build relationships effectively over the phone and in-person – exhibiting confident communication skills
    – Generate new pipeline through prospect engagements including cold calling, emailing, presentations and marketing activities for the company

  • HR Specialist

    Job Description

    The HR Specialist is responsible for all HR operations throughout the employee life cycle, ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times, creating a positive employee experience and supporting employee engagement and satisfaction. This includes preparing payroll, compensation, and benefit packages, updating and implementing company policies, conducting regular employee feedback and performance reviews, and maintaining updated employee records.


    • Run day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee relationships
    • Collect employee questions, concerns, and suggestions and consolidate them in HR improvement projects
    • Coordinate ad-hoc HR projects, like wellness campaigns, employee surveys, and others
    • Administer health, wellness, insurance, and employee engagement programs
    • Ensure that all employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating are processed, maintained, and updated
    • Explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
    • Assist in developing and implement HR policies throughout the organization
    • Coordinate and process payroll and benefits
    • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
    • Implement training and development plans
    • Provide support in the hiring process, which may include coordinating job posts and interview processes, reviewing resumes and references, supporting new hire orientation to build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagement
    • Coordinate the exit process for departing employees

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or a similar degree
    • Experience with HR systems like BambooHR or similar is an advantage
    • Good understanding of end-to-end HR operations cycle; from recruiting to offboarding

  • Senior Cybersecurity Consultant

    Job Description

    The Senior Network Security Consultant role duties involve Presales activities & Post Sales activities on a high technical and outstanding quality level. Presales Activities cover solution presentation and proof of concept. Post Sales Activities include design audit,implementation, integration and review of network and security solutions. The primary targets are customer-satisfaction, professionalism, accuracy and outstanding high quality in the work.


    • Execution of technical security projects for clients
    • Act as a subject matter expert for information security services to clients
    • Interaction and communication with vendor support organizations and engineers
    • Designing security architectures for our clients.
    • Researching innovative solutions for client needs

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Deep understanding of technical relations in a complex environment
    • Experience and the highest certifications of one/all the following:
      • REQUIRED: F5, Palo Alto and Fortinet
      • DESIRED: Infoblox, BlueCoat and IXIA
    • Strong background and experience in TCP/IP networking of large-scale organizations including routing and switching
    • Proper and structured documentation and diagramming
    • Excellent and accent-free communication skills in English (Hindi  would be an advantage)
    • Excellent organizational skills in enterprise support
    • Understanding of information security concepts and related technology
    • Flexible work approach, based on the job requirements
    • Being able to identify new work areas and to set new goals for themselves
    • Excellent communication, presentation and training skills

    • More than 5 years working experience in high-level technical Information Security
